Glory for hosts at CSI3* jumping against the clock

Qatar celebrated its first CHI AL SHAQAB 2015 victory after only two jumping events, with Abdul Rahman Mohammed M Al Marri topping the CSI3* against the clock competition with the bar in all obstacles set at 1m45cm.
Al Marri made a flawless effort riding on Sidoline van de Centaur and crossed the finish line in 60:22, more than two seconds faster than his countryman Salman Mohammed A S Al Emadi who ranked second along with SIEC Cosmos Wijngaardhoeve Z.
“This competition is very important to me. It helps to compete in these beautiful surroundings and have all these facilities around. I am very glad to be here. Big thanks to the organisers for their great job”, said the winner right after his CHI AL SHAQAB 2015 debut.
CSI3* 1m30cm jumping competition winner Ali Al Khorafi, was a distant riding on Ventje clocked 66:32, but still he was better than the Saudis Khaled El Eid on Senorita and Fahad Al Eid on Unlimited, who were the other two riders clearing all eleven obstacles.
Overall 14 riders and horses from 3 different countries took part.
