Khalil Ibrahim Murad Hassan has been a professional horseman for over three decades, and during his career has judged multiple international equestrian competitions. Hailing from the United Arab Emirates, Khalil is judging at CHI AL SHAQAB for the fourth time this year, and remains just as impressed as he was on his first visit to Al Shaqab.
