International Women's Day

As we celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, Al Shaqab is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you to join us for a day filled with empowering and enjoyable activities tailored for women of all interests.

 

Here's a glimpse of the exciting lineup we have planned:

1. Al Farissa:

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

An event designed for horse enthusiasts and spectators alike, featuring three distinct jumping levels – 40cm, 60cm, and 80cm optimum time at the Longines Indoor Arena.

Indulge in the vibrant atmosphere with popular Food and Beverage vendors, specially selected to cater to the preferences of our female audience.

 

 

2. The Golden Race:

Time: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM

In collaboration with Athletic Edge, this race around Al Shaqab promises an exhilarating experience.

Distances for the race: 1km for 5-16 year olds and special needs individuals, 5km for women aged 17+ (Please note that registration is already closed).

 

3. Yoga Session:

Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

In collaboration with SEQUENCES, join us for a refreshing yoga session in the green grass area behind the Longines Arena.

4. Functional Fitness Class:

Time: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

In collaboration with AlterEgo Gym, a dynamic fitness class will take place on the Al Shaqab Track.
