Garangao Night Registration

Join us at Al Shaqab Village to celebrate the most beautiful Garangao Night on Wednesday, 5^th of April from 8:30 pm – 12:00 am.

Garangao is a colorful & youthful festival that celebrates the halfway of Ramadan, it is a traditional celebration across Qatar & the entire Gulf countries.

 Garangao bags are prepared for this occasion, where children will have an opportunity to decorate and customize their Garangao bags before they collect their goodies and get their giveaways. Children will enjoy visiting Dukan Al Fareej, where they can find different sweets spices and products. A competition will also be held for the best Garangao night dress for children, as well as fashion show, lantern workshops, traditional games, sadu weaving and many other interesting and fun heritage activities such as traditional hospitality and cuisine.
