Interview with President of the Ground Jury Stephan Ellenbruch
As President of the Ground Jury, Stephan Ellenbruch plays a crucial role in the orchestration of CHI AL SHAQAB. Together with five other members of the jury, he will preside over the technical judging of the competitions. Alongside a stewardsteam, Stephan will also be responsible for overseeing horse welfare during the competition, and for making sure that all riders and grooms are adhering to the official rules set by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).

Day Two: CSI 3*
Home rider Salman Mohammed A S Al Emadi clinched top prize in the second CSI 3* event on Day Two of CHI AL SHAQAB 2016, fending off competition from 25 riders. The two-phase jumping competition required contestants to clear fences with a maximum height of 1m 45. With only six clear rounds achieved, the course was certainly a challenging one.
