The championship, supported by Daam, saw the participation of 285 horses, including 63 from the Gulf countries, and was judged by a distinguished panel from various countries, enhancing the championship’s prestige.

In the mares category, "De Shatha," owned by Al Salem Stud, took the gold medal, "Miyar Al Rabi’a," owned by Sultan bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Ghoshan, won silver, and "Francesca HVB," owned by Ali Abdullah Al Kuwari, earned the bronze.

For the first time, this year's championship featured a new "foals class," and the championship now qualifies horses for prestigious events like the World Championship for Arabian Horse Beauty, the Katara Festival, and the Global Champions Tour.

Championship Director Mr. Khaled Al-Juhani expressed his satisfaction with the outstanding participation in all aspects, noting that the competition was intense, reflecting the quality of the participating horses. Al Shaqab, he added, focuses on its rich cultural heritage, promoting Arabian horse ownership in Qatari society, with the championship serving to enhance the status of Arabian horses locally and internationally.

Al-Juhani highlighted Al Shaqab’s philosophy in breeding horses, which aims to preserve the Arabian lineage, producing beautiful, athletic horses with strong builds. This international Show brings together all beauty horse categories, and he expressed hopes for even greater participation in the future.

Al-Juhani commended the strong competition across all categories, both in the qualifiers and on the final day, where owners competed intensely for the top medals. Al Shaqab, he noted, organized the championship but did not enter any of its horses in the competition.

The championship, only in its second edition, has earned considerable acclaim from participating owners for its strength and organization, as well as for the quality of horses in all categories. He added that the Al Shaqab International Horse Show has become one of the region's major events, attracting significantly more horses from within and outside Qatar in this edition, with horses competing for valuable prizes and the addition of a foals class for the first time.

Sheikh Nawaf bin Nasser Al Thani, owner of Al Nasser Stud, expressed his satisfaction with the results achieved by his stud from the beginning to the end of the championship, appreciating the large turnout of owners from within and outside Qatar, and the quality of horses in this competition. He thanked Al Shaqab for its organization and noted that the high scores achieved by participating horses in all categories reflect the quality of the horses.

The organizing committee has allocated high cash prizes for the top champions in all categories (Yearling fillies and colts, two- to three-year-old fillies and colts, mares, and stallions). The gold medal winner in each category received a prize of 100,000 Qatari riyals, the silver medalist 70,000 Qatari riyals, and the bronze medalist 50,000 Qatari riyals.
